Veterinary Public Health

A subset of public health called "veterinary public health" focuses on using veterinary theories to protect and enhance the social, psychological, and physical well-being of animals. By limiting exposure to dangerous wastes derived from animals, animal products, and their environment, it has an effect on human health. Zoonosis, vector-borne illnesses, other communicable diseases, poisons and medications used for animals, and wounds from contact with animals are a few examples of these dangers.
